Restless Scholars

Recommended Level 50 Restless Scholars Defeat 4 Ghostly Scholars in the Vault of the Vanished, then report to Zink Firegaze in Milldenn. Ghostly Scholar The Vault of the Vanished is no quiet library. Its Ghostly Scholars will not grant you an afternoon at a desk. Travel with experienced companions and defeat four of them, then report to Zink Firegaze in Milldenn on the Crescent Coast. I can help you feed a company; this historian can help you make sense of the ancient records. Preserve any scattered accounts you find for the reading that follows. Do not assume a dead scholar was innocent, or that a hostile one has nothing worth recording. Survive and recover testimony; do not manufacture a comforting ending. REWARDS 80,000 Experience

Restless Scholars Dana sent you to someone who spends his days among the embers of old histories. You survived the Vault; now we must distinguish a witness from a rumor. Assemble The Cursed Descent from its scattered records and read it. Valdris's own account deserves the context of the place that broke him, not a historian's convenient guess.
