Accuracy

Flat modifier subtracted from the target's block and resist chance. Higher accuracy makes attacks harder to block or resist. Capped between -50% and 100%.

Critical Chance

Flat additive modifier to the caster's critical hit chance. Critical hits deal 1.5x damage. Crit chance is capped at 70%.
