Whispers from Below

Recommended Level 40 Whispers from Below Obtain Notes Pt1, Pt2 and Pt3 from Cave Lizardmen in Despair, merge them into Whispers From the Depths, and read the book. Report to Ilrune Fawraek in Alaenanore, in the Twilight Forest. {EPICREQUIREMENTS} Beneath the Lone-lands, the Cave Lizardmen preserve fragments of a bargain concerning Nogroth's return. Recover Notes Pt1, Pt2 and Pt3 in Despair, assemble Whispers From the Depths, and read the completed book. Then report what you learned to Ilrune Fawraek in Alaenanore, in the Twilight Forest. Ilrune Fawraek is concerned about the dead rising from their tombs. Explain what the authors expect to reclaim and what they cannot control; a binding often begins with a promise its maker has no power to keep. REWARDS 40,000 Experience

Whispers from Below Byrel Dhuroh sent you to me with evidence, not another promise of mastery. I worry about the dead rising from their tombs, and your account makes caution all the more necessary. You found ambition pretending to be certainty. Their desired restoration says nothing about whether Nogroth would honor it. Remember that distinction as we turn from written promises to the cold servants of the Vault. REWARDS 40,000 Experience
