My research points to Maltheris Vex, a necromancer whose dark arts have twisted more than just the grave. He now lurks within the Twilight Forest, spreading his corruption among the gnomes who dwell there. Once a peaceful folk, they now fall to his influence, their minds and bodies warped by his vile sorcery. Maltheris wields a relic called the Shard of the Ebon Veil, a fragment rumored to sunder the barrier between life and death. Find him amid the shadowed trees, put an end to his desecration, and claim the shard. We must learn how it ties to the Bloodstone’s curse before the Twilight Forest - and its people - are lost forever. REWARDS 35,000 Experience

THE VEIL OF VEX Yes… this shard carries the same foul signature, a resonance that ties it to the Bloodstone. But this is only the beginning, cleric. Whatever force binds these remnants together is vast… and we have only begun to scrape the surface of its design. You have done well, but there is more to uncover. REWARDS 35,000 Experience
