Awakening Scepter of the Last Oracle

Recommended Level 50 Awakening Scepter of the Last Oracle Recover 1 Oracle's Prism from Avatar of Earth in Old Valorath and deliver it to Zolamir in Krom Razz for the unpowered blank of Scepter of the Last Oracle. {EPICRELICSTATUS} All our comparisons lead to one last recovery. The Oracle's Prism, held by Avatar of Earth in Old Valorath, is the relic this design still lacks. Bring it to me and I will entrust you with the unpowered blank of Scepter of the Last Oracle. Do not mistake that reward for an awakened weapon. Its later crafting requires the blank and one Valaark's Unbound Essence from Corrupted Valaark at an existing Craft Station. That essence is not part of this delivery. REWARDS 200,000 Experience Unpowered Scepter of the Last Oracle

Awakening Scepter of the Last Oracle The prism is delivered, and the unpowered blank is yours. Keep it for the Craft Station, where one Valaark's Unbound Essence will be required. The last lesson remains yours: knowledge does not excuse careless power. Combine the unpowered Scepter of the Last Oracle with one Valaark's Unbound Essence from Corrupted Valaark at a Crafting Station. REWARDS 200,000 Experience Unpowered Scepter of the Last Oracle
