Lore
Once the revered High Warden of the Temple of Valaark, Valaark's fate did not end with his fall. Nogroth laid a terrible curse upon the ancient dragon, wrenching his spirit back from death and binding it to a decaying body. Reborn as Corrupted Valaark, he is no longer the guardian of sacred pacts, but an undead weapon compelled to obey the will of the Forsaken. He now haunts the subterranean ruins of Old Valorath, where his deathless wings stir the dust of the fallen Drassar Empire and his master's command drives him to destroy every living soul that enters the cursed city.
