Cleanse Resistance
This debuff carries 3 counters and is gone only when its counters reach 0. A matching cleanse removes 1 counter for certain, then makes 2 more attempts that each remove another counter with a 50% chance, multiplied by (1 + the caster's Accuracy). All 3 counters are removed at once when that chance reaches 100%. While counters remain, each tick of its damage is reduced, to 85% of full at 2 counters and 70% at 1 counter.
