Fear
Boss monsters and fear-immune targets cannot be feared. Fear requires a successful fear roll and a failed resistance roll. Stun from the same hit prevents Fear. Fear lasts a random duration between half and all of the skill's fear duration. Fear applied by a Necromancer player halves a monster's or NPC's positive movement speed while feared.
