Accuracy
Adds 20% to the affected character's Accuracy at rank 1. This subtracts the same amount from the chance that its attacks and debuffs are blocked or resisted. Total Accuracy is limited to a value between -50% and 100%. See resistance and avoidance for each roll's limits.
Critical Strike
Adds 100% to the affected character's Critical Strike at rank 1. Total Critical Strike cannot exceed 70%. See critical hits for the extra damage.
